HS Project: ‘Cost-effectiveness of preconception lifestyle interventions’
Summary
The aim of this project is to examine to what extent the investments in preconception care will lead to a feasible financial return in the future, providing insights into the economic benefits for stakeholders such as governments and healthcare insurers. By conducting a systematic review, potential meta-analyses, and a cost-effectiveness analysis, this project describes the value of preconception care to ultimately support informed decision-making in healthcare policy and resource allocation.
