Shadowing

NURTURE aims to co-design technological and user-friendly innovations with and for nurses to make their workload less heavy, their job more sustainable, and more satisfying. Between September 2024 and January 2025, the transdisciplinary (TD) postdoc team observed nurses at the HPB and the oncology ward as well as the intensive care unit. They did so to better understand how nurses provide care to their patients, but also to identify some of the challenges they face on an almost daily basis.
